"West Main Garage "     

     I took this photo on West Main Street in Charlottesville. There was essentially no light on the garage itself, so I hid between the dividers on the right side and fired about 9 pops from a flash unit. I also hid to the left of the office and fired several more. The ambient light exposure was 15 mintues. The film was Tri-X 120, a 6X9 cm. exposure on the Plaubel ProShift. Click for the larger image. The garage has morphed into two restaurants. It's now a Vietnamese restaurant. .
