The crudely chiseled letters on the stone read "Is God Love God is Love." Many grave stones in the cemetery indicate a very rich mystical understanding, most frequently not even naming the individual buried there. After all, everything about the individual disappears. What is beyond the individual is not available to the reasoning mind, although we certainly try to think our way out. Modern folks mostly follow the religion of self, where life is rushed and death is well..., personal, perhaps final. Click for a better view while you're still around.
